Bally, our Company Director, began his career as a window fitter nearly 30 years ago. Over the years Bally has immersed himself in various trade environments, mastering a broad spectrum of skills through a combination of peer mentorship and self directed learning.
Bally’s commitment to excellence and continuous improvement has driven him to pursue formal training in multiple areas, successfully completing comprehensive courses in plumbing, plastering and bricklaying. All of which have greatly expanded on his technical knowledge. Bally also undertook and completed the rigorous SMSTS course.
Through these experiences, Bally has cultivated a profound understanding of the industry, combining practical skills with strategic insight. His multifaceted knowledge and unwavering dedication make him an invaluable leader of BHM Property Services Ltd, where he continues to inspire the team and drive the company forward.
Tania, our calm, creative and commercially astute Operations Manager, is the driving force behind BHM Property Services Ltd. While you may not often see her in person, you can rest assured that she is deeply involved behind the scenes, where she is most needed to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Tania’s keen interest in interior design and Feng Shui brings a unique and valuable perspective to our projects. Beyond her role at BHM, Tania is also an entrepreneur. She manages FireFly Escapes, through which she rents out a luxury caravan. This venture showcases her knack for creating exceptional and inviting species, reflecting her dedication to quality and customer satisfaction in all of her endeavours.

Carl is a highly talented senior tradesman at BHM Property Services Ltd, bringing a wealth of expertise to our team. With a City and Guilds Level 2 qualification in carpentry and numerous health and safety training certificates. Carl’s technical proficiency is unmatched. His extensive background includes trading as a professional painter and decorator, as well as working as a multi-skilled tradesman.
Carl is known for his approachable nature within the team and serves as a great role model and leader, as well as a trusted professional to our clients. His perfectionist approach to every project ensures that every detail is meticulously attended to which means he is consistently delivering the best final product to our clients. Carl’s commitment to excellence and his vast skill set contribute significantly to the success of our projects, as well as his ability to lead his team mates which makes him an integral part of our operations.
Andy is a multi-skilled tradesman and expert plumber at BHM, with over 20 years of experience in the plumbing industry. Qualified in legionella testing, Andy's extensive knowledge and expertise make him an invaluable asset to the team. His knack for problem-solving means that if there's ever a plumbing puzzle to tackle, Andy is the man for the job.
Beyond his plumbing proficiency, Andy is also adept in other trades, including joinery and basic electrics, showcasing his versatility and broad skill set. Andy is known for his overall friendly demeanour and willingness to get stuck in and help. His ability to switch between various trades ensures that our projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Harley is the youngest member of our team and a highly skilled labourer. He is currently working towards his City and Guilds Level 2 in Electrical Installation. Joining us two days a week, Harley not only collaborates effectively with other tradesmen but also demonstrates remarkable skill and independence during any solo projects.
Harley's college courses have equipped him with a broad range of skills, including plastering, carpentry, bricklaying, painting and decorating, to name only a few. His diverse training ensures he has a solid foundation in various trades, making him a versatile and knowledgeable team member.
